Escalade Race – Ready to Run?
Once again this year, the DSG will take part as a team in the Escalade Race.
On Sunday, December 7, we will have a school tent in the “Village des Écoles”, a great place for our runners, spectators and supporters to soak up the atmosphere, enjoy tea and pastries, and share their race experiences. Come and visit us!
All children, teenagers, their parents and teachers are welcome to join the DSG team for the Escalade Race. The popular Parent-Child Run will also take place again this year – perfect for younger siblings too. Children born in 2020 and 2021 can take part together with a parent. The start is on Sunday, December 7, at 9:25 / 9:30 / 9:35 / 9:40 a.m. over a distance of 1.36 km. After that, students will run according to age groups and gender, starting at 10:10 a.m. Distances vary by category from about 1.36 km to 4.8 km. The course winds through the Old Town, climbs up to Place du Bourg-de-Four and finishes for all runners in Parc des Bastions.
