Held over two evenings under the theme Gold, our 2026 Gala formed part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the Deutsche Schule Genf.
Over the course of many months, our students worked together with their music teachers, Marta Slaby, Nicole Eitner and Elinor Ziellenbach, to create a varied and inspiring programme. They were supported throughout by the technical team, led by Fritjof Eilts. The result was two memorable evenings showcasing the creativity, musical talent and commitment that define our school community.
The Gala also provided an opportunity to bid a heartfelt farewell to our music teacher, Elinor Ziellenbach, as she begins her retirement. We sincerely thank her for her many years of dedication, her passion for music and the lasting impact she has had on generations of students. We wish her every happiness in this new chapter.
Our warmest thanks also go to Katja Pauli, who is leaving the Deutsche Schule Genf after three years as part of our Marketing and Communications team. Through her photography, she has captured countless special moments in the life of our school, creating a lasting visual record of our community. We are deeply grateful for her work and wish her every success in the future.
