Registration for language school courses is only valid upon receipt of both the course fee payment and the registration form.
In special cases, registration may be cancelled until 31 May of the current year. In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded, less a processing fee of CHF 100. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The number of participants per course is limited. If a course cannot take place, all course fees already paid will be fully refunded.
In July, you will receive a course confirmation confirming that the course will take place, along with information about the course materials.
If there are not enough participants enrolled in a course, we reserve the right to maintain the course and will inform you accordingly. In exceptional cases, a small-group course may be offered. Please note that the course fees will be adjusted accordingly.
In November, parent-teacher meetings take place during lesson time for some language courses. Parents will be informed accordingly, and students will receive additional homework.
