A warm welcome to the DSG!
WebUntis is the DSG educational platform used by students, parents, and teachers. This overview shows you how to set up your parent account and introduces the most important functions.

IN 3 STEPS
Register your parent account
If you have not automatically received a registration link, you can start the self-registration process. Google Chrome is recommended as the browser.
1 Generate a registration link If you have not received one automatically, start here: https://dsgenf.webuntis.com/
2 Open WebUntis Go to the WebUntis website and click “Register” at
the bottom right. Enter the email address registered
with the school.
3 Confirm your email You will receive an email with a confirmation code.
Please also check your spam folder.

USE ON MOBILE
Untis app on your mobile device
The DSG also recommends installing the Untis-App on your mobile device. The app is free and is used by most parents. Under “Settings”, enable “Allow all Notifications” so that incoming messages are displayed directly on your device.
Do not miss messages
You can also set up forwarding to your private email address in your WebUntis account.
PARENT ACCOUNT
If you forget your password
Use the “Forgot password” function on the WebUntis website. Open https://dsgenf.webuntis.com/ and first search for “Deutsche Schule Genf”.
NOTE
Further login details
Students receive their Webuntis, Office 365 account details and login information for the school computers directly from the school office or from their class teachers.
